Development of the automation system for entering financial plans of the State institutions with application of barcode technologies. Developed system should provide possibility for correct filling in of the financial plan within any State institution with further stamping of the financial plan and application of the barcode on the printed version of the document. System module on the Treasury’s side should have the possibility to read information from barcodes, verification with the authorized rules on information transmission to information system of Treasury. Accounting productivity of the system – up to 1000 financial plans per hour by one working place/staff member. Possibility of protocol use and manual scanners.
