The system shall provide for protected, electronic and legally viable exchange of documentation between the State Treasury of Moldova and territorial treasuries, as well as FISC, Customs, National Cash Register of Social Insurance, National Cash Register of Medical Insurance, National Bank of Moldova.
The system shall provide for an exchange of financial documents among users of the system in the real time regime – 24 hours a day. One of the compulsory requirements is the use of digital signature and interrelation with the Center of Certification within the Center for Specialized Telecommunication.
