In the process of assessing the requirements of the product, our project managers work with the clients with the aim of defining the objectives the solutions should achieve, so that they meet the requirements stipulated in the action plan.
The stages in the process are as follows:
  • Definition of requirements;
  • Definition of objectives;
  • Process planning;
These three stages are based on:
  • Interviews with management and key executives;
  • Questionnaires for focus groups and customers/users of our client’s products or services.
The aim of defining the requirements is to clarify the functional, technical, branding and content requirements for the design of the optimal solution. Once the requirements have been defined, the client is sent a ”Vision Scope Document” which states these requirements for each of the various areas. As soon as the client approves the Vision/Scope Document, we pass to the Project Specification document, where the details of the project are thoroughly described, including its solution architecture, objectives and any potential risks. This document is submitted to the client for approval prior to the finalization of the project plan draft.

The final step is the submission to the client and approval of a detailed project plan, where any rectifications, changes and additions are made.

The following documents are submitted to the client: Project Specification and Vision/Scope Document, which include the technical and functional requirements of the project, information about the content, marketing plan and flow-charts (Gantt charts) of the project.
